Returns Policy
Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within five days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original intact packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, with a 15% restocking fee applied.
Defective Items:
If your order arrives defective, please email us as soon as possible at amy@primaclinicalskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the product. These instances are rare and addressed on a case-by-case basis, and we will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. Please save all packing materials for insurance claim purposes.
