Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt Monday-Friday.
If we experience a high volume of orders or an item is out of stock, shipments will have a processing delay of a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, you will receive a phone call or email notification.
Shipping and Insurance
Shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed upon check-out. Additional insurance coverage options are available to purchase with Route and added to the shopping cart before check-out. Signature verification is discretionary and may be a requirement for special packages.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
PRIMA Clinical Skin Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once your order is in the hands of the carrier. Any shipping concerns or inquiries should be with the carrier’s customer service department.
